The card provides special offers and fees at museums, historical sites, shops, restaurants, wellness centres, golf clubs, bike rental stands, and car rental agencies. Other services at special rates comprise sightseeing tours, taxis, and airport transfers with a private driver. The Congress Card is not nominal nor does it bear a number and can be used by the participant as well as by anyone accompanying them.
